License & Refund Terms

1. What you're buying — A software module that extends Odoo. Paid modules are licensed under the Odoo Proprietary License v1.0 (OPL-1); the free module under LGPL-3. You are purchasing a license to use the Module, not its copyright.
2. License grant — A non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to install and use the Module on Odoo databases operated by you or your organisation, for the Odoo version (serie) purchased.
3. Restrictions — You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publish, or expose the source code, in whole or in part (per OPL-1).
4. Delivery — Digital delivery by email to the address provided at checkout, immediately after successful payment.
5. Support — Email tech@technovistaconsult.com for installation and defects, for the purchased Module and serie.
6. Updates — Bug-fix and compatibility updates within the same Odoo serie are provided as released, at our discretion; new series/editions may be sold separately.
7. Refunds — As per the Refund Policy below.
8. Warranty & liability — Provided "as is"; reasonable efforts to fix defects; total liability limited to the amount paid.
9. Governing law — Laws of the UAE (Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone), where TechnoVista Consult FZC is registered.

These are digital products delivered instantly by email, so refunds are not automatic. To request a refund, email tech@technovistaconsult.com. Each request is reviewed individually and refunds are processed only after manual confirmation by TechnoVista Consult.
